Established in 1994, ads-s has evolved from a transactional provider of printing supplies to a full-service imaging and printing solutions provider. Initially, the company provided toner to clients in the Delaware Valley region. A need grew to provide services to our clients for printer repair and preventive maintenance. In addition came the need to provide equipment – printers, fax machines, and any devices that were related to putting print on a page. The next step was to attain the highest status possible with HP – what is now referred to as the MPAS Program (Managed Print Advanced Specialist). With this accreditation, ads-s was trained from both a sales and technical level to be a part of this Elite Group within HP’s Imaging and Printing Division.
ads-s has also attained DSS (Digital Sending Solutions) status with HP regarding solutions around the printing environment. In addition, ads-s established themselves as a Toshiba authorized copier/MFP dealer. As a result, ads-s can sell and support devices that can generate up to 100 pages per minute. As of today, ads-s is a full line provider of equipment, supplies, services, and solutions in the Delaware Valley Region.
In the interest of being on the leading edge of the industry the owner of ads-s, Rob Richardson, is currently the National President of the BTA Business Technology Association and also sits on the national board. Rob also has the honor of being on the HP Partner Advisory Council. This is a council, invited by HP, that has 11 dealer members and meets twice a year to collaborate with HP for the Imaging and Printing segment of HP’s business.
